The location is the best in Istanbul, because is next to the metro stations as well as Eminonu bazaar. Therefore you can access many restaurants and shops. All recepsionist guys were very friendly and helpful to me. Furthermore i broke my phone and they assisted me in finding service center and repair it. I took the room without breakfast therefore i do not know how the food in hotel is. On top of that i like the personel.

Excellent hotel the location is just where u should be with so many coffee shops restaurants shopping on serceci area we stayed 10 days room very very clean very comfortable with amazing balcony view breakfast so delicious served in the famous hafez Mustafa next hotelthenk u so much to front desk agent mohamed for making our stay on point he was ready to help with anything just to make it comfortable for us thank u housekeeping lady for making our room very clean whole stay thank to sinan for being helpful too i have zero complain and definitely i ll be back and recommend this hotel Ps : even if the rooms are bit small they helped us to arrange for extra no worries they find quick solutions

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s located in an excellent and very safe area, with a tram station nearby that makes it easy to get around, you can reach the Grand Bazaar quickly. The reception guys were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They even arranged a taxi for me to the airport the day before at a very good price and made sure I woke up on time for it. The internet connection was fast and reliable, and the rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. This hotel really makes you feel like you’re part of the Istanbul atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The location was fabulous! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the room was although small, perfectly furnished and functional. The room was modern and perfect for my stay.

The hotel is perfectly placed, everything can be reached under 20 minutes. It is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is also delicious and good portion. But the biggest plus is the staff. Istanbul is a big chaos, but with Mohamed and Cinan it’s much easier, they help with everything instantly.

The hotel room was tiny, but modern and clean. The room was cleaned daily and staff were friendly and helpful. The best part is the prime location of the property: close to lots of fantastic restaurants and public transport.

Hotel in a great location. Very clean. I was in a single room. Guys at the reception were friendly. Towels are changed every day. Bed linen every third day. Hotel recommendation. You won't regret it. See you again, for sure.
